I Know, I KNOW, Obama isn’t gay. Generally speaking, if someone was elected president and later he/she decides to come out as gay/lesbian, can/will they get impeached and removed from office just for that little reason alone?

No one opposes Barack Obama and his agenda more than I, but he *is* the President of the United States of America, and, as such, deserves respect.
Although I am a Republican, I resent your inferences on two levels:
1. Implying that the President is, somehow, morally unfit, and,
2. Implying that gayness is somehow morally unfit.

No. If he came out gay, then I would admire him for his bravery, though I highly doubt he would, seeing as how he has a wife and 2 daughters. Being gay is a crime as it is a choice. We didn’t choose to be gay, we were born this way. Diversity is a gift, so embrace it. Even if Obama was gay, majority of the U.S. citizens wouldn’t be so close-minded as to remove him office. I’m suprised everytime I hear of legal firings bcuz of sexual orientation and dont ask dont tell army policies…
Its just like asking if Obama took out his fake contacts (hypothetically. I don’t know if he wears contacts or not) and exposed blue eyes, could they impeach him?

they couldn’t say it was for him being homosexual but they would have found out long before he got elected and that would have kept him out of office. Also if he got in and came out they would find something to impeach him for, and not say it was cause he was a homosexual

Being gay is not grounds of impeachment. I love Obama. If he was gay, then I’d be proud to say that we have the 1rst openly gay president just like black people are proud that we have the 1rst black president. I hope he’s not gay though because where would that leave Michelle. I love my First Lady and my president

No way! He’s the Commander in Chief! WHo’s going to have the authority to remove him from his position? Even though he is head of the military, he’s a civilian. Civilians are not affected by DADT. Only member of the military.
