With her husband watching, Cindy McCain praised her husband and then attacked Barack Obama’s honor and patriotism with a special kind of hate ubiquitous to the McCain-Palin campaign.

A telepromp…

Mrs. McSleezy is just as bad as McSleezy himself. Obama has spent his career helping the poor and working class. McShame spent his career pushing for agendas that helped big business and the ultra rich. When this is all over, McShame will have sent his legacy down the toilet, But he will still have seven houses and friends like G Gorden Liddy to pal around with. Real Christians don’t vote Repub, Jesus was a liberal… Obama 08

i agree, duty means stepping up to lead your country not just because one’s father is in the military. Duty doesn’t mean having served in the military decades ago and waving this service around to try to win an election, it means speaking out against a war if it is unjust, or at least entering into the discussion. Mccain did none of these things. Honor means telling the truth throughout your entire campaign, not lying shamelessly. Mccain has neither honor nor duty

I have come to realize that Republicans are genetically incapable of processing the concept of “community”. They never ever say the word. When you say “community” to them they hear “communism”.

A view from a simple Australian… It seems Republicans have this obsession with socialism. Like any kind of distribution of wealth of government intervention is socialism. America has more inequality in regards to wealth than any other country on earth but as soon as the government tries to help the middle class this is somehow socialism? What amazes me, is the right has always claimed Jesus as their moral basis, but Jesus would be the first to encourage helping the less fortunate.

You’re right. The whole claim to Jesus and morality baffles me. I’m able to understand most things but I haven’t figured out this mindset yet. It seems kind of selfish and greedy, like whoever dies with the most wins or something like that. I don’t know.

The media should certainly point out Cindy McCain’s most recent attack on the candidate that she did not finance into being a candidate for president.
