   Isn’t Obama just a political version of a “rebound”. You just think what you want is someone entirely different, but after a couple of months you realize that you were just acting out of desperation.
   Someone I know made a good point that now that Obama is “the” candidate, he and not Hillary, is now the official property of the DNC. As different as he has always wanted to be, he will have to play by the rules that are dictated by the party to their candidates. This could create a new conflict within Obama. He was able to set his own rules and agenda, but now the party will have more to say about his campaign from here on out. Just a thought.

   Think of the new guy that comes to high school,and is the starting quarterback, and knocks the old quarterback out of a spot. the old players will hate him because he knocked there “friend” out of a job.
   I noticed that most post are anti Obama, I am voting for him,because I am tired of the government making deals with business, and lying about things.
   Fact: Government says gas prices are high because of demand. that doesn’t make sense if you think about it, they are saying that we have tripled the amount of Gas we use in the last 3 years
   Real deal, Oil companies have reduced production to drive the price up, to make money off of oil futures. thanks to deregulation by president Bush, they can do that.
   Mortgage gone belly up, thanks to deregulation, banks used to not be able to sell loans. but Bush pushed to let banks do “investment banking” so they gave loans to anybody, and sold the loans to mortgage companies, banks got their money, mortgage company got stuck.
   The Candidates running have business on there minds, McCain launched an investigation into Boeing, so they could lose a government contract,and his former Fund raising chair mans Lobby firm could get the contract for their client.
   I think Obama will not do business as usual and stop letting businesses make big profits while workers suffer.
   Hillary has her hand in it too. She never mentions when she sat on the board of directors for Wal-mart when her husband was Governor of Arkansas, got the job, because wal-mart got NAFTA, and can buy cheap Chinese products now.
   I don’t know if he will do anything, but I know what McCain and Hillary will do. so I rather take a chance on somebody new, than get somebody that I know will screw me over.

   He is a capable speaker without ever really saying where he stands on anything of significance. Anyone who says they support Obama because they agree with him on the issues is silly. We still don’t really know what he stands for or plans to do about anything except raise taxes.
   He is utterly incompetent to lead our country.
