I don’t hate anyone. However am VERY concerned. Why didn’t people just do their homework to see that during his tenure he allocated over $18 billion to ACORN and he voted against things he says he is for during his seat. I am just very concerned. I am not sure if he voted the way he did because he was a young member and felt that he had to appease his seniors, not unlike what happens in corporate America – however – this concerns me. I am just worried about the state of our country and while I was a McCain supporter, I would have still been concerned if he had won. Our country is in a mess, and VOTE FOR CHANGE slogans are not enough to comfort me. The Democratic party lifted protective rules that had been put into place after the last depression, the Democratic party has held the majority for many years in the Senate and House, the last word does not stop with the President. I can’t stand Bush….however the crisis our country is in is predominately in my opinion the Democratic parties fault.
Additionally, I will pray that he has the foresight to lead us out of the mess that we are in. Pray that our country will remain a democracy and that he will stay safe in his position. Despite all of my reservations about his leadership of our country – I have a great amount of respect for him as a brave man.
The information I have was taken from the actual records of voting. This “propaganda” unfortunately was the truth. I checked and rechecked, went to the library of congress etc. I honestly read up on what I was voting for.
