I think he’s a reasonable smart and honest guy who’s been handed a completely broken country by the worst and most crooked administration this country has ever seen (and that’s saying something).
He has a very tough job in front of him, and no matter what he does somebody will be unhappy.
And the fever pitch neocon misinformation campaign is not helping him or this country.

Neither. It’s still kind of early for me to tell if I like him or not. He’s still in his “honeymoon” phase.

Also, “love” and “hate” are very extreme. There has not been a single President the I loved, nor one that I hated. There have been some that I have liked overall, and some that I disliked.

Neither. It is liberals who base their politics on emotions. I disagree with his policies and think they will be bad for this country, but hate him? I don’t even know him.

I don’t hate him personally. I think he seems like a nice guy that you could have a drink with. What I do hate are his misguided economic and social policies that will cripple America for decades.

I don’t hate him. Yes, I think he’s an idiot. Yes, I think he is a liar. Yes, I think he is going to ruin the country. Ok…maybe I do hate him.

I reserve hate for people like Osama bin Laden. Obama scares and repulses me, but if he were just out of office I’d have no issue with him.

I’m not amazingly impressed so far but I wouldn’t say I hated him or loved him. He can deliver a speech but he isn’t nimble when he’s answering economic questions. He didn’t seem to have much of a grasp on the situation.

Love him ? He hasn’t even bought me dinner yet. He is wasting my money, he did lie to me, he has hung around with a lot of questionable people, he takes advice from people he shouldn’t, and his #1 co-worker (Pelosi) is a bi###. I guess maybe I could have loved him at one time, he sounds just like my ex-wife.

Hate takes too much energy. I loathe him, because he’s destroying this nation with his Socialism, which is the transition to Communism, which is the path to slavery. Do you know any Chinese citizens who are happy slaving in the rice patties and half starved?
If you won’t accept that Obama is a Socialist, then you do not understand politics.

    Socialism:

    so·cial·ism
    Pronunciation: ˈsō-shə-ˌli-zəm
    Function: noun
    Date: 1837
1: any of various economic and political theories advocating collective or governmental ownership and administration of the means of production and distribution of goods
2 a: a system of society or group living in which there is no private property b: a system or condition of society in which the means of production are owned and controlled by the state
3: a stage of society in Marxist theory transitional between capitalism and communism and distinguished by unequal distribution of goods and pay according to work done

No – Give the man a fair go at the Presidency. I wish him well but expect little…He doesn’t actually matter much – nor did George Bush.
They are only the President of one country after all.

By saying I love President Obama, I am saying that I hold him in high esteem, and approve of his policies and means of achieving his aims.
