Let’s put your quota system into theory and apply to the I.T. sector just for the sake of argument. Imagine the ugliness of telling Americans of asian decent to pack up their belongings and find work elsewhere because their terms of employment interferes with the imposed quota system that focuses around their ethnicity rather than their skills.

A woman whose gained a great deal of experience in a job area will still be an asset to a company once she’s returned. You’d be a fool to dispose of this person, or a person whose similarly taken a ‘Sick Leave’.

Whether people get married, divorced or decide to have children is based entirely on individual discretion and planning. Those who irresponsibly plan have no inherent claim to take the wealth of others (including those who plan responsibly) via government redistribution.
