   Great post. Everytime I cook fish on my George Foreman grill, the fish tastes great, but afterwards the grill smells like a stinky pussy.

   That’s because women assumed the role as the guardian to children. They were not forced into this role but accepted it out of honour and pride. Feminists try to undermine this role as an act of force that has personally been imposed upon them so they can use at leverage to acquire power that their neither earned nor have a claim to.

   In laizzez-faire economics being a man or a woman by itself has no value or incentive. Let’s put your quota system into theory and apply to the I.T. sector just for the sake of argument. Imagine the ugliness of telling Americans of asian decent to pack up their belongings and find work elsewhere because their terms of employment interferes with the imposed quota system that focuses around their ethnicity rather than their skills.

   Monetary incentives have nothing to do with anything. You’ve missed the point completely.  I assume that you’re not the most socially minded person either. A woman whose gained a great deal of experience in a job area will still be an asset to a company once she’s returned. You’d be a fool to dispose of this person, or a person whose similarly taken a ‘Sick Leave’.

   There are even more reasons for maternity leave is beneficial, seeing as single and divorced mothers are on the rise. These are socital problems that have come as consequence to your great “capitalist” society.you don’t have what it takes to see the world work properly. you live in your heads.

    These are neither societal problems nor the effects of capitalism. Whether people get married, divorced or decide to have children is based entirely on individual discretion and planning. Those who irresponsibly plan have no inherent claim to take the wealth of others (including those who plan responsibly) via government redistribution.
