Monetary incentives have nothing to do with anything. You’ve missed the point completely. I assume that you’re not the most socially minded person either. Aï»¿ woman whose gained a great deal of experience in a job area will still be an asset to a company once she’s returned. In laizzez-faire economics being a man or a woman by itself has no value or incentive. Let’s put your quota system into theory and applyï»¿ to the I.T. sector just for the sake of argument. Imagine the ugliness of telling Americans of asian decent to pack up their belongings and find work elsewhere because their terms of employment interferes with the imposed quota system that focuses around their ethnicity rather than their skills.

That’s because women assumed the role as the guardian to children. They were not forced into this role but accepted it out of honour andï»¿ pride. Feminists try to undermine this role as an act of force that has personally been imposed upon them so they can use at leverage to acquire power that their neither earned nor have a claim to.
