I keep hearing “Just wait until 1 December!”. What if the court rejects the Berg/Keyes lawsuit? Does that mean they are part of a massive criminal conspiracy also?
If the Supreme Court refuses to hear the Obama birth certificate case does that make them part of the coverup?

I think its funny that people don’t realize how unlikely the Court is to take that case. They take VERY FEW cases and usually don’t like to get involve with politically motivated cases like this.

While I agree that the case should be heard, I do not believe its non-hearing is conducive to a “coverup”. More likely, the judges would dismiss it as a waste of time or a frivolous lawsuit.

So, will the courts hear it? No. Should they? Yes. Does it constitute a coverup? There is no evidence for it. Your theory that not having your case heard is grounds for a coverup would leave many courts overrun with what many in the public and many judges would deem “frivolous”.

no, the supreme court is an appelet court so the case had to have already been ruled in a federal court before it is submitted to the supreme court. if the court does not hear the case they are not agreeing or disagreeing with the case, just that the federal court’s ruling will stand. a large majority of cases are never heard in the supreme court due to an overwhelming case load.

Obama propaganda uses factcheck.org to declare that “Obama was born in the USA” on the basis of a few images of signatures, stamps, raised seals, registers, etc.
There are millions of illegal aliens in this country with valid signatures, valid stamps, valid raised seals, valid registers, etc. According to factcheck.org, all those illegal aliens were also born in the USA.
Where is the FACT #1 – Obama’s original birth certificate from 1961 showing the name of the hospital, the name and signature of the doctor who delievered him?
Where is the FACT #2 – the original records at the hospital and doctor office that match FACT #1?
Email your US Senators, US House Rep, and your state senators/reps to order FBI to check the FACTS before it is too late.

When you have such a simple case…either they present a valid bert cert or they don’t…you would have to wonder why not hear it? It’s pretty straight-forward, so there’s really no reason not to. If all you had to do was examine a document in order to settle a giant problem, wouldn’t you?
