    I was referring to both at the beginning, but right now im speaking of the Hate Crimes bill / now law.When I was speaking of the Cyber Bullying Act I was just making a general reference about it, and no that also does not target thoughts. It will use chat logs (which every chat program has) in order to prosecute people.This part isnt directed at you, but if people dont like having your chats logged…. Read the Terms of Service before installing things like Yahoo, AIM, etc…
