Right. Theres nothing but nice things said about Republicans at Democrat rallies. You idiots.
October 11, 2009 11:44 am | #1The message from Obama/Biden and the DNC right now is unity, not hate. I’ve seen some of the rhetoric at mccain/palin rallies and it’s anything but unifying. Hateful, divisive, and scapegoating. That’s no way to bring a country together in a time of crisis. It’s also why you see a lot of long time republicans abandoning their party during this election.
October 11, 2009 12:25 pm | #2Oh, you’re right. there’s no hate from the Obamaites. Try wearing a Mccain button around democrats and you will hear hate speach. Dont give me that. it comes from both sides. And Obamna will not unify the country. Us conservatives will never like him.
October 11, 2009 12:28 pm | #3Just because you don’t like him doesn’t mean he won’t fight for issues that will affect you. You can hate him all you want, after all, that’s the GOP way. But that won’t deter him or his administration from trying to improve the quality of your life.
October 11, 2009 12:55 pm | #4He will not improve the quality of my life. he will raise my taxes. The GOP way is not to hate, its the Democrat way to hate. look at the hatred for Bush and other republicans by dems.
October 11, 2009 1:09 pm | #5With this it is becoming crystal clear to me that the Republican Party don’t give a Rat’s ass about people, they only care about winning and will stop at nothing to do it.
October 11, 2009 2:00 pm | #6it’s scary that so many crazy and racist and uneducated people are on mccain’s side cuz they mostly think Obama’s a terrorist and so on. It’s scary how alot of people in america are like that.
October 11, 2009 2:15 pm | #7*I agree with, and appreciate your video. This was my fear for Obama’s run for presidency. I wanted to vote for Clinton for this very reason. I believe that he could be a great president, but will not have the freedom to do so. Sadly if he is elected the views of Birmingham, AL. 1960s could vehemently resurface, and spread. I can only pray that if he’s given the chance at this great position that he can serve his term(s)safely. We need change, but not at the expense of the life of a good man.
October 11, 2009 2:33 pm | #8I agree ! Who was it that said (in hard times) some will turn to religion and (God forbid) GUNS ! Folks, this is 2008 and times are very bad for a lot of us. Hatehas reared its ugly head and I, for one,am both fearful and ashamed !!
October 11, 2009 3:01 pm | #9That’s not quite it. People wanted to stand behind a leader after a shocking tragedy and loss. But gradually the truths behind the various misdeeds of the Bush administration have come out. Abu Ghraib, Guantanamo Bay detention camp, private contracting killers through tax dollars to fight a war for oil companies, zero negotiations with Iran or North Korea, abandonment of the Kyoto Treaty, Domestic Spy Program, threatened abandonment of Social Security or just privatizing SSI to Wall St.,etc.
