I’ve been involved in politics since Ford. I’ve seen passionate voters over the years, but never have I seen such blind allegence before.
Frankly, I’ve been puzzled too! Things typically make sense, but I’ve been watching in utter amazement this year.
This article certainly sounds like psychobabble to me, but almost every MD that commented on it seems to think it holds merritt.
It certainly solves the problem I’ve been having with the irrationablility of so many Obama fans. I mean, if you consider for a moment that the article is correct, all the unexplainable weirdness this election is suddenly aptly explained.

Politics in America is so broken at the moment that they would impeach him immediately. The reason for impeachment doesn’t matter any more, lies and deciet are the new truth in American politics. They could make up a total lie (he is a suspected spy, for example) and every single GOP politician would vote for his impeachment without a shred of proof of their allegations.
