Do you Hate Obama?

I have to write a report on it, and I must write on five different famous hate crimes. I’ve got one already, the rape and murder of Brandon Teena. Do you have any others?

I heard about the situation in South Africa and how homophobes are raping lesbians and assaulting the butch-looking lesbians to “cure” them. One of the articles stated that rape is “the most common” form of abuse. I would like to know what the most common form of hate crimes against lesbians are in general/globally (not just in South Africa). Thank you.

I am seeing so many “Impeach Obama” stickers around my town it isnt even funny.

His approval rating in 30 percent and falling, and the Democrats will be voted out, fact. Thank you GOP for saving America from liberalism, fact.

Shouldn`t all crimes be viewed as such? For when you are intentionally hurting a person in anyway hate has got to be rooted deep down inside the criminal. I just think all horrific crimes should be dealt with the same and prison sentences or death penalties should all be handed out equally. For all victims are equal in thier pain suffering and healing no matter what race, religion,gay or straight. Hate is hate and a crime against another person is still a crime.So why is it a harsher punishment if it`s viewed a hate crime? It`s time people started taking a stand and get everyone to understand hate is hate and crime is crime make stiffer penalties for all .

I’ve always wondered how hate crimes are proven in court. How can a lawyer prove what someone was thinking at the time an offender comitted a crime? Do you also believe that a person should be punished for their thoughts? I know it’s not politically correct to say this but isn’t free speech equal to free thought and therefore hate crimes would be unconstitutional?
