THATS ME.

I pay $131 a month for my family of 4 (catastrophic insurance).
Everything else I pay out of pocket (doctors visits) because it’s CHEAPER for me than to pay a fixed monthly premium for insurance I dont use??!

Under Obamacare I will be FORCED to pay $550 a month instead?!

We need to stop this Government take over of our liberties. Ronald Reagan said the nine most frightening words anyone could hear are ” I’m with the government and I’m here to help”.
Done the right way better health care and increased profitability can both be the attainable goals. Not stealing our childrens money for our own benefit!!!

I am watching Obama on TV, and he is talking about Universal Healthcare for all, similar to the healthcare policies of Canada and other countries. How will a plan such as this affect the healthcare companies? Are they going to lose their jobs?

Is the new health care bill going to be yet another blow to the middle class?

It seems to be that the people who are worthless to this country (welfarerans) will benefit from this and the already sick and dieing will benefit from this. But if the costs of these people gets to high there is no way the INS companies are going to take the hit. So wont they just raise coverage plans that will eventually screw the middle class again and again?

Can an employer terminate health insurance while you’re still in the hospital?

A friend of mine was in a catastrophic accident (not at fault) and has been hospitalized for 3 weeks. The company he works for knows that he is injured and believes he MAY not be able to work again. The company has told his family that they will be terminating his insurance after April.

Is this legal? This seems to be discriminatory to me, but I’m not sure of the law.

My husband and I need private health insurance, any recommendations?

My husband and I need private health insurance because his job does not offer it and I am a stay at home mother of our two year old son. We live in California, make about 2000.00 a month and are a family of three. We just need basic coverage so that if we get sick we can go to the doctor and if we have an emergency we can go to the hospital. Any recommendations for a low cost good plan that would suit us? Thanks so much!
