I know it states that the $8000.00 tax refund is offered and does not have to be payed back if you bought your house after Jan 1st 2009. But I read that the $7500.00 from last years stimulus plan might not have to be payed back accoriding to the new stimulus. Did they make a final decision?
How did medical insurance come to cover basic maintenance,when other insurance like auto and home owners?

Can you imagine what your auto insurance would cost if you made a claim every time you got a flat or a tune up ?
Or what your home owners insurance would cost if you made a claim every time a light bulb burned out or you wanted your carpet cleaned ?
Maybe that’s the reason medical insurance premiums are so high ?

if so does that only apply to people that buy their house in 2009 or does it count for people that bought their house in 08′ i qualify for the 7500 credit which has to be payed back so does that also change with the new bill?

My wife and I bought our new home in Nov. 2008. We are eligible for the $7500 tax credit that needs to be repaid over 15 years.The problem is I see the new stimulus bill includes a $8000 tax credit that sounds like it does not need to be repaid. Does anyone have any info on this, and where did you find it?

We have several black or partially black people who have high attained office. Look at their records. Barack Obama = total failure. Governor Patterson, NY = scandal, corruption, and incompetence. He is so bad, his own Democrat party persuaded him not to run for office. Deval Patrick, Governor of Massachusetts, Democrat = incompetence. He is trying to force non-profit health insurers in his state to operate at a 100 million dollar loss next year, to avoid approving health insurance rate increases. Mass already has the highest health insurance premiums in the country…and they have mandatory health insurance. Sheila Jackson Lee, Democrat Representative, Houston = criminally goofy. Charles Rangel, Democrat from New York = tax cheat while he was head of the Ways and Means Committee. And there are others.
Did their color help get them where they are? With 90+% of black people voting for Obama, I would have to say yes.
