My gf and I are going to have a baby next month. We’re not planning to get married until next year. Does being married have anything to do with our son having dual medical coverage?
Any help is appreciated. Thanks

and not hire you???I know of a person who doesnt have his high school diploma but is taking courses at a vocational college for a medical assistant, he has alot of medical debts from the hospital. and not only that he had never held a REAL job before or have a high school diploma. What are his chances of getting a job in healthcare after he graduated???
If he is doing nothing for us working taxpayers citizens for medical, why doesn’t he step up to the plate and stop making US taxpayers pay for the illegals here. I work, and don’t have insurance but take care of the illegals here? When is he going to get his butt in gear over this one?
34 year old healthy single male without medical insurance
If Canada went to the USA’s system where you pay deductible plus out of pocket premiums from healthcare providers like Aetna, BlueCross/Blueshield, and have private health care corporations manage care assets. And you pay about $3,500 for an MRI scan.
Or would you prefer the current system that’s been implemented in Canada for 45+ years?
Or some other hybrid of the 2?
I am a diabetic, I need to be covered to be able to afford my prescriptions
I had to quit my job because I could not find a doctor to control my symptoms of cervical spondylosis, dengenerated bone disease in the upper neck. That was in 2000 and to this day I can not get medical insurance. I live with my daughter and she makes to much money for welfare.
I know the question sounds stupid but, my husband and I just found out that we are having a baby in January. I have medical insurance, which does cover maternal care, with the exception of copay, and deductibles, all that good stuff. Although we have been trying for out lil miracle, it has been so long, that it surprised us when the test came out positive. My husband had some employment struggles and he is in the process of finding full-time employment. Which means for us that we are going to have a lot of medical bills that will be difficult to pay. My original question is can I get medical coupons if I am not making enough to support everything? Even though I have insurance?
205 is my total bill too….I am self employed. NO WAY THIS DROPS!
hey little truth seeker, want my insurance policy #? I just got on a new plan locked in for 3 years @ 205 a month…..
I carry liability on the policy and have a separate major medical on myself.
Whenever my health care providers ask me what insurance I have I can never answer. I know that at all my visits (medical, dental, and optometry) I pay a co-pay. Could someone tell me what the difference is between the two? Is one better than the other?
My medical is Kaiser Permanente. My vision is VSP and I choose any eye doctor. My dental is Metlife and I had to go to different places to see which one’s fees would be more covered by my insurance.
I am curious as to how many people who voted for Obama had medical coverage at home (while growing up) either due to hard working parents, or Military coverage for dependents?
Please answer like this :
I was insured — Parents
or
I was covered by military as a dependent
or
We had no insurance and had to pay bills when hurt.
Thanks
I have asked this same question to both sides, I am not trying to “make a point” I am asking a Question.
Please answer in format above or skip question, no rants please.
What I mean is… Similar to employer sponsored health coverage, are there groups that any individual can join to get the benefits of a group medical plan?
