Are there any good websites on the current candidates’ policies and views?
Thanks!

is there a reason?
I get the feeling that if ever elected, she would unveil some dark anti-american plan that would ruin our nation. She seems like the sort who has been working on a secret plan to steal our freedom, like she did with healthcare.
The other contenders seem more genuine.
ACORN has members who were prosecuted for voter fraud before, so it is not a remote possibility that the Democrats are counting a lot for ACORN to help them through cheating by registering multiple times using multiple names and fabricating social security numbers.
The Democrats tried to insert the earmark for ACORN in the recently rejected Bailout bill. Its a good thing the Republicans were able to object and remove this.
Where do you go to find out about the other people who are going be on the ballot, not just the President/VP?
I am in Illinois, btw. I know there’s going to be more then Obama vs. McCain, and I’d to like to research on what else is going to be on the ballot before I go in to vote.
I got to do a paper in government on it and i cant find information about. A website or even some information that you know about it will help. Thank you
I do, and I think corporate financial involvement in politics should be very limited, if it should be legal at all. It seems that some want it both ways though; they criticize Obama for accepting money from BP, but they don’t want any limitations on such practices. How can those positions be reconciled?

Does it not seem like this is a bizarre turn of events that this race for president of the United States between democrat Obama and republican McCain is even close? Does this not seem one of them should be down in the polls by at least 20 points to the other?
Are you questioning the the mental clarity of american voters and asking yourself “what is wrong with the people in this country”?????
what were 5 important things that McCain and Obama said on the presidential debate…weather about the government, world, war, etc etc? By the way who won?
I’m not really a fan of either party so far, but I feel that I don’t have enough information to make a decision on whom to vote for.
Obama wants to tax big oil companies, find safer ways to store nuclear waste and generate nuclear power, help auto manufactures create hybrid cars and give tax credits to those who purchase hybrids. John McCain will not tax big oil companies, believes nuclear energy is already safe and that we should build 45 more nuclear reactors in the U.S. He is willing to give $300 million to auto manufactures to create different types of hybrid cars, and will give tax credits toward renewable energy, and wants to sit down with other political leaders to set limits on carbon emissions by corporations. WHAT DO YOU THINK??
