What exactly is racist about these signs?

But it’s not the only racially charged incident. A photo posted on Flickr, which has attracted Internet chatter, shows a white man carrying a sign that says: “Obama’s Plan White Slavery.” The photo claims to have been shot at a tea party rally last year in Madison, Wis.

At a tea party rally Tuesday in Jefferson City, a couple of people wore T-shirts depicting President Barack Obama in white face paint above the word “Joker” — a reference to the villain in a Batman movie.

What kind of spin is this? If a black person said that I, a white person wanted to enslave them would that mean that black person hated all white people?

The joker signs also don’t appear racist to me?

I really wanna get it, but I know there are some dumbasses out there who will think I’m racist for wearing it. Even though the description says its for supporting Obama, if you saw a white guy wearing it, hwat would u think?

Obama is half white. He was raised by his mom and grandparents. Does that matter to you? I think it’s great he’s got the best of both worlds, and so will we when he’s President.
Well doesn’t matter now. All who dislike Obama have no choice in the matter. He is our President.

Is it racist to say that most of the 13% of blacks in America is voting for Obama because he is black?

To be honest I’m white and I live in an area that is 88% black and they all have Barack Obama t-shirts/stickers/signs/ etc. and yet if I were to ask them what party Barack Obama is running out of or who his running mate is, half of them would not know the answer. But not to be biased I know a few blacks who are are pretty educated on the issues that both Obama and McCain support and respect the fact that I like McCain and don’t call me ‘racist’ for it. Sorry if anyone thinks I am trying to start a race/politics war because I’m not. Just a discussion; expressing open-minded, adult opinions.

No matter. The presidential candidates and the media have legitimized “The Race” as a mainstream ethnic lobbying group and marginalized its critics as intolerant bigots. The unvarnished truth is that the group is a radical ethnic nationalist outfit that abuses your tax dollars and milks PC politics to undermine our sovereignty.

Obama’s men, such as Robert Reich (Said stimulus money shouldn’t be given to “white construction workers”) Eric Holder (Called America a nation of race cowards) one Supreme Court Nominee (Latinas are smarter than whites) two of his pastors (Rev Wright and Lowry, who said whites should embrace “what is right”) aren’t racists?

Who else did this much race baiting? Who else has preached such hate?

Not even Jefferson Davis was this racist.

McCain has been quoted as saying that Obama (and the rest of America) “should be proud of where he is” <–obviously as in proud to be a contender for the presidency (being African American). Clearly McCain was attempting to present his statement as a compliment to Obama, and I am sure most of you probably did not even think anything of it. But whether or not it was actually intended as such, and I believe it was because McCain would have never said it otherwise, this was truly a racist statement. For instance, why should Obama have to be “proud of where he is”? Because he is black? What if he was white? This statement would have never been made. In fact, what if everyone looked exactly the same and had the same skin tone? Then no one would be able to discriminate. Yet other than appearances and learned behavior, all humans ARE in fact exactly the same, as in the same species. So how can there even be racism? Anyhow, I guess my question is, has this ever even been looked into, and could McCain possibly be prosecuted for making this statement?

Why is it racist to compare Michelle Obama to a gorilla?

By saying that is racist, by implication you are saying that black women are similar to gorillas which is false. There are many beautiful black women out there like Beyonce, Halle Berry (c. 1992) and Tyra Banks (-20 lbs). Michelle Obama on the other hand happens to look a lot like a hairless gorilla.

How many times is Glenn Beck going to call The President a Racist?

Glenn beck again today said Barack wont meet with CEO Tony Hayward Because he is ” A white CEO”, He accused him of being racist against black people when he mocked Malia Obama For 5 minutes on XM Radio with his ” Daddy, why do you hate black people”. Last summer he baselessly said he had a deep seeded hatred for white people. So which is it? Does Barack Obama Hate both blacks and whites? This stuff is insane How come Republicans are not willing to recognize when he’s gone too far? Is it because he is a conservative? And every time you mention something on here, the only response they can say is ” Well I’ve heard worst from Liberals”. Ok So which Liberal in the Media has attacked Bush’s Daughters intelligence, and accused him of being racist Several Times? Which Liberal in the media said Any Republicans family were communist? Give me something, what Liberal made those statements? And dont say when they were talking about Sarah Palin, Because that was SNL.
