Under this plan, I understand it will be MANDATORY to buy health insurance.
If you’re too poor to afford health insurance,
will you be provided with enough subsidies to get FREE health insurance?
Does poverty alone qualify for these subsidies?
So EVERY poor person will be provided with free health insurance?
How can it be constitutional to REQUIRE health insurance? That’s UNPRECEDENTED!?

And no, it’s NOT AT ALL like car insurance. With car insurance, you are not required to drive. You CHOOSE to drive, but you don’t choose to be born. That’s a key difference.
Plus, only LIABILITY insurance is required for cars. It’s only to ensure that you don’t damage someone else’s car and can’t pay them. Unless the government required only liability health insurance in case you infected someone else (which is a silly idea), there is no comparison at all.
This actually constitutes a direct violation of the freedom of association in the First Amendment.

I keep on seeing people ask the dumbest questions… If Obama becomes president will he hate against whites? I see now, whites won’t vote for Obama cause hes different race. Wow all this time I thought it was just because republicans brainwashed people.
Why do people have to play the race card? Hes got better ideas, hes got a stronger opinion and voice, and he isn’t disrespecting his competition by bashing him for a whole 2 hour speech.
I’m not being racist or stereotypical… others bring up the race card first, I answer and I say that its a dumb question and then I get 15 thumbs downs. Thats not right.
Why so much hate against Obama that’s not about the actual issues?

In a lot of questions and answers here people are talking down against Obama and saying things that are racist and just not true at all and often have nothing to do with the issues.
People saying he just got where he is through affirmative action
People calling him a towel heard
People saying he isn’t American or Un-American
People saying he’s Socialist
People saying things I would not want to repeat
Why all the hate? How much of it is racism and how much of it is gullibility from watching too much Fox News?
Someone on here just said “Obama hates America– that’s why he wants to change it.” What do you think?

Quite aside from your feelings about Obama, specifically, what do you think of the logic behind such a presumption? (Think about it: Would there ever have been the so-called Reagan Revolution, for example, with people like that commenter at the helm?)
