Employer coverage 12k a year . Yet under the bill I still make more than the 88k (family of 4) to qualify for the Health Exchange . Am I just screwed and wind up paying the penalty? How does this bill help me ?

During the bush tax cuts, many of us working-class citizens got a check in the mail for a pretty good amount. Certainly enough to get the kids some clothes and treat ourselves to dinner somewhere nice.
