10 Oct

The last I checked there were 300 million americans. So why doesn’t either one of them bring in some fresh perspective?

because Bush is not something to be liked

$$$$$$$$$$$$ is why. Tho the Bushwhacker administration is old news now & is literally being written in the history books at present, the name GWB is still useful as a ‘rallying’ point for the entertainment industry that uses polar politicking to incite the left wing ”groupies’. It keeps listeners listening to the show which produces $$$$$ for the network.
Limbaugh did this for a SHORT while with the former Clinton administration but QUICKLY shifted gears into attacking current demmie office holders such as Nazi Pelosi, Schumer etc. My guess is that there remain no other repubies that draw the ire of the demmies as much as GWB. So Maddow will beat the drum on the GWB administration as long as it produces listeners which equal $$$$$.
These people target other people that either possess super memories or just plain can not ‘forget’. An example of the type of folks they target for their audience can be deduced from the following… I had entered the Rock City Bar & Grill one evening about four years ago to meet some friends.
While me & my friends were having a beverage & a dinner, at another table I could hear from what looked to be old hippies ranting & raving about the ‘draft’ & Nixon escalating the war in Viet Nam. I mean one old hippy in particular was literally red in the face & saying Nixon should have been shot. The problem was this happened about 05-06, like fifteen years or so AFTER Nixon had passed away and about thirty years after America’s military involvement in Viet Nam had ended!
These are the type of folks that Maddow targets for her audience. Chi, if your young enough now, maybe thirty years from now you can hear some old yupies ranting & raving about how president Obama escalated the middle east ‘crisis’ & that Obama should have been shot. History DOES repeat itself! Maddow is just using capitalism to make money, albeit the DARK side of capitalism, byt still, CAPITALISM!!!

Because MSNBC is in the tank for the Democratic party and the liberal agenda for America. This is fine but lets at least be a little fair since as you said there are 300 million people in America. Where’s the diversity liberals that you all speak of and are obsessed with?

we only change over to msnbc to check out Keith O and Rachel Maddow when we need a laugh those two are over the top…
Keith O’s hate for Bill O’ is the most fascinatingly funny thing I have ever seen…Maddow is as nutty as Keith…she is disgusting, the way she raises her brow and tries to look as if she is taking her guests seriously is just bad acting if she wants to play a serious commentator she needs some acting classes…

I think you should write to his show cause you might not get a good answer here. I always believe when I ask something like this that I should have a suggestion. You might want to give him a list of what you would like to see instead.Do you want more people from the right cause I see enough of them so I don’t? Or do you just want more Bush haters guests? If so ask why they don’t have Sean Penn, Ben Affleck, Bon Jovi, oh, gosh I didn’t meant to pick all entertainers it would be nice to see some of the behind the scenes people who understand what he is doing with the economy for example.

Because people like you dont change the channel to watch something else. If they show the same people bashing Republicans over and over then people start to think the same way. They aren’t the ones that choose their guests on the show FYI. Their statioin sponsers pretty much write checks as long as they bash bush.

This whole overboard hatred of bush and diehard love for obama are both hurting this country… When we base (as a whole) many political decisions on our emotions we forget to always question and challenge the decisions of our non perfect polititions. Bush is out of office and isnt coming back… Obama isnt the devil but hes not a savior, too many people i talk to are so infatuated with him because he is bush predecessor. Lets start paying more attention before we run this government into the ground…

Because those guests do a great job. It’s called “Stick with what works until it stops working.” Or, to put it another way, “It ain’t broke, so don’t fix it.”
On the other hand, or should I say wing, out of all those 300 million Americans, why doesn’t Bill O’Really come up with a guest who makes sense?

I can’t stand to watch either of them long enough to keep tabs on their guests. But the simple answer is that they don’t care to “bring in some fresh perspective.” They have their agenda, and these guests are sure to further what they (and their viewers) already believe to be true….

No one is unbiased. In fact, the more a station/network says they are ‘fair and balanced’ or ‘unbiased’ practically guarantees the opposite. Too many people take short cuts to critical thinking, instead they just pull the democratic/republican lever on life.

I think all news networks do it because they are trying to give people this idea that the other political party is the enemy. You know how the media indoctrinates people…. and I think it works because many have fallen for the divide & conquer scheme.

because were americans and were all too stupid too agree on a damn thing. It can be as simple as asking the questions what color is the sky? half will say light blue the other will say sky blue even though both sides says blue they’ll be too stupid to agree on blue.

If you don’t like it, you can always volunteer to show up and whine about how it’s not fair people are complaining about Obama’s constant failures. I’m sure you’d be good for a laugh.

They both have their regular commentators. Same question could be asked of FOX with their continue use of Karl Rove as a political expert.

It’s MSNBC. Their ratings are on the skids.
It’s hard to recruit a quality guest when they know what they say will be heard only by a vacuum.
    All done but the obituary.

Doesn’t everyone hate Bush? No I am kidding…he wasn’t always right by any means but he tried his best. The answer is because we are on our way to full media free speech censorship! No intelligence allowed!
