In her senior thesis at Princeton, Michele Obama, the wife of Barack Obama stated that America was a nation founded on “crime and hatred’.
And she said, “There was no doubt in my mind that as a member of the black community, I am obligated to this community and will utilize all of my present and future resources to benefit the black community first and foremost.”
What is Michelle Obama planning to do with her future resources if she’s first lady?
And Michelle just recently said that she had never been proud of America. Yet, America is always the first to help other nations in times of catastrophe. America has turned more African Americans into millionaires than any other country in history. America has had more achievements than any nation on the planet.
Yet, Michelle has not been proud of America, not once? It’s mind boggling. Michelle’s hate for America has made her delusional. And this is our next first lady?

Umm, I love my country and all, but America has done some awful things.
We have to be able to talk about that. Talking about our history and having feelings about our history is not the same as hatred.
Some things America has done don’t deserve our love and respect.
Slavery, the murder of Native Americans, the kidnapping of Native American children to be sent to school, invading a sovereign nation because we “think they have weapons of mass destruction.”
I am proud of the progress we’ve made, but I don’t love everything this country has ever done.

It’s the old straw man argument. It would be such a relief to see people grow up and get past this sillyness, but it’ll never happen. In this case, what happens is, someone is critical of America, and they are now an America hater. Meanwhile, the same people can be critical of America and they are just concerned citizens. Sorry kiddos, it don’t work like that. America WAS founded on crime and hatred. What do you call slavery, the Indian removal act, etc. I’m comfortable with a first lady with the historical insight to recognize that… it would help her make better decisions than the folks who have their head in the sand and want to believe that America was founded on principals of freedom and equality.

She loves America!!! She is a classy women. Think about being brought here by humans to be a slave? Wow. She never said she wasn’t proud to be and American, she said she felt proud of her country. These days I would like to hear other people under 50, say why they are proud of their country. SHe said she is living proof what a great country with opportunity for all there really is here. Coming from a father working at the water dept, gong to public schools, just proves to me , if you want to learn and go to school for higher education, you can work for it and it can happen!! Unllike Cindy McCain, born to wealth, drug addiction, being the other woman , selling recipe books that were not her recipes, and embezzelment? Sounds like a concern to me

I would think people are smarter to buy into these smears be it Right or Left Wing. I think I remember something of John McCain’s illegitimate dark skinned child. I agree. The thesis was written years ago. Why does the public have a copy of her thesis anyway? That’s invasion of privacy. Where are the other candidate thesis? As a black woman, I am proud of progress we’ve made but we still have a long way to go. America is still judge people by the color of the their skin not by their character.
