Will Obama appoint another czar to monitor the destruction of our nuclear weapons?

Obama promised to destroy 1/3 of our Nuclear weapons. Will a Czar be appointed to handle this?

    It is a military endeavor. Seems logical. Military generals have more arbitrary power than the czars you don’t like; so, I don’t really see the problem.

    That will probably be the Secretary of Energy Chu (the National Nuclear Security Administration is part of the Dept. of Energy) and/or people in the military.

    A COMBINATION OF THE MILITARY & THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY OVERSEES THE PROGRAM, JUST LIKE ALWAYS.

    Good idea. A Russian Czar would be nice. We also need a Michael Jackson Czar today.

    There is an existing agency and agreement in place, that had not expired from Reagan: the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty, or Start, which expires in December.

    It will likely follow that model.
