Will Obama’s Hate Crime Law Kill The Internet And Freedom Of Speech?

What this bill does:
Creates a bias motivation justice system for America, like Canada’s. Suspicion of bias motivation behind a crime will justify federal invasion of local law enforcement. Such unity of federal and local jurisdiction is the definition of a police state.
This bill will eventually enforce the ADL definition that hate equals bias against federally protected groups. Homosexuals, Jews, Muslims, etc… would receive special federal protection in violation of the 14th amendment.

And who is to judge which crimes are hate crimes. It will be the 1,000 or so judges that are indebted to Obama for appointing them, of course.
I think he plans to use this law to further his own agenda, and not to enforce the US constitution which you have stated is the ADL definitions of who is protected and who is not. He could at anyone time with his new army of judges, and law enforcement officers, hold any of these groups hostage. He will threaten to take groups off that list or can add to it.
These people will be controlled and yes, I think it’s the beginning of something that most of the population has never experienced before.

so freedom of speech=freedom of hate. Let me guess you are a typical white american. who has recieved little or no prejudice because of race or religion. I hope it passes. People need to keep their ignorant, rude, selfish comments to themselves
and to people talking abotu obama doesn’t have a birth certificate would you shut up with the ignorance. If he didn’t he wouldn’t have made it to congress. If you think they are going to let something like that slip by them what do you really think of america find something else to talk about

Fotunetly afirmitave action when it comes to unequal treatment is unconstitutional and congress and the commities will not sign this and it most likely will get turned down.

obama is already usurping the constitution by not releasing his vault birth certificate. What do you think the downside would be to him by failing to prove he is a natural born citizen?
